Security
We work to protect the Choomiie Service and encourage customers and service partners to take practical steps to keep accounts, bookings and information safe.

1. Our approach
Chumiie Technologies Limited takes the security of the Choomiie Service and the information entrusted to us seriously. We work to reduce security risks through safeguards appropriate to the Service and the information we handle, and review our approach as the Service develops.
Security is a shared responsibility. We cannot promise that any online service is completely free from risk, but we encourage users and service partners to follow the steps on this page and report concerns promptly.
2. Protect your account
Choose a strong, unique password where passwords are used, keep sign-in codes and credentials private, and secure the device you use to access Choomiie. Choomiie will not need you to share a one-time verification code with another user or service partner.
If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, change your credentials if possible and contact us promptly through the support or contact details made available in the Choomiie Service.
3. Payments and bookings
Use only the payment methods and payment flows presented in the Choomiie Service. Do not send funds directly to a person claiming to represent Choomiie unless the Service explicitly instructs you to do so.
Where escrow is used, the payment is held and released according to the booking and confirmation process shown in the Service. Keep booking confirmations and report unexpected payment requests, suspicious activity or a booking issue through the available support channel.
4. Handle information carefully
Share only the information needed to arrange and complete a service. Check pickup, destination and recipient details before submitting them, and avoid placing sensitive personal information in free-text instructions unless it is necessary for the booking.
Service partners should use customer and booking information only to fulfil the relevant service and handle it responsibly. Do not copy, disclose or retain another person’s information for unrelated purposes.
5. Report a security concern
If you notice suspicious account activity, a suspected privacy incident, a potentially fraudulent payment request or a security weakness affecting Choomiie, report it using the support or contact details made available through the Choomiie Service. Include enough information for us to understand the concern, but do not send passwords, full payment credentials or other secrets.
We may ask for further details to investigate and may take steps to protect users or the Service. Please do not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, disrupt the Service, or publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability in a way that could put users at risk.
